Bags for every stage of family life
CHIKO PIKO was built around a simple belief: a bag isn't just an accessory, it's what people trust to carry what matters most. We curate quality leather and canvas bags for men, women, kids, and new parents — chosen for real craftsmanship, priced fairly, backed by responsive support.
Frequently Asked Questions
How fast will my order ship?
It depends on the item. Products marked with a Fast Shipping badge arrive in 3–5 business days (shipped from the US). All other items ship in 10–15 business days. Each product page shows which applies before you buy.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
If your order includes items with different shipping speeds, they ship separately from their own fulfillment locations so the faster items don't wait on the slower ones. You'll get a tracking email for each package.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — shipping is included in the price you see at checkout, with no extra fees added at the end.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love what you ordered. Reach out to contact@chikopiko.com within a reasonable time of delivery and we'll walk you through the return or exchange process.
What collections do you offer?
We carry four collections: Men's Bags, Women's Bags, Kids' Bags, and Parent & Baby Bags — so there's something for every stage of family life.
